Tried redownloading 4.3.3 from the official site, now the installer was flagged as well. I had the version 4.3.3, so I installed an older 4.3.1 and immediately quarantined as well.
Today, my qBittorrent was quarantined by Microsoft Defender because " This program has potentially unwanted behaviour.".
